Sometimes it's hard to stay on track with Diabetes.

There are so many things to think about:
Did I take my pills?
Did I remember to test my blood?
Do I have enough testing supplies?
Keeping food intake level from one day to another even when temptation strikes.
Exercising regularly.
Always wearing shoes.
Getting enough sleep.
Trying not to stress out.

When you get off track, it's time to start again. Each day is a fresh chance.
